For more than 24 years, I've been blessed to make massage therapy a career that allows me to care for others and help people feel their best. I truly believe this work is a gift, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to provide a space where clients can slow down, relax, and find relief from the aches, tension, and discomfort that can affect everyday life. My hope is that everyone who steps onto my table leaves feeling a little lighter and more comfortable in their body than when they arrived. While deep tissue massage is one of my specialties, each session is tailored to the individual and what their body needs that day. A session may incorporate therapeutic stretching, hot stones, essential oils, reflexology, fascial cupping, and other therapeutic techniques designed to relieve tension, encourage mobility, and overall well-being. My skills through specialized training include trigger point therapy, oncology massage, reflexology, Kinetic Chain Release and more which allow me to personalize each massage to the individual. "I've been a client of Becky's for 8 years. I love how she truly listens to what's going on with my body and tailors each massage to what I need. She's helped keep me feeling strong and supported through training for and completing two marathons. I couldn't have done it without her!" — Dena
For nearly two decades, I have had the honor of practicing Reiki and supporting others through this gentle, restorative energy work. I am a Reiki Level II practitioner with 18 years of experience, and for the past 25 years I have studied holistic healing, natural medicine, and a variety of mind-body-spirit modalities. My journey into holistic healing has always been rooted in a genuine desire to help people feel more connected, balanced, and supported. I believe that healing can take many forms, and that sometimes we simply need a quiet, safe space to pause, breathe, reconnect with ourselves, and allow our bodies and energy to settle. My Reiki sessions are offered with compassion, intention, and respect for each person's individual journey. I don't believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Every person brings their own experiences, needs, and energy, and I meet you exactly where you are. It is a privilege to share Reiki with others. I look forward to connecting with you and sharing a little piece of this beautiful healing practice.
